File Description:
MSTS Route - Albula Line 2. A highly detailed protypical Swiss mountain route. This revision almost doubles to 40km the modeled portion of the real-life Albula Line, and adds 10km of a branch line to Davos. It uses more prototypical third-party add-ons for viaducts, stations, gantries, etc., offers multiple reversal and helicoidal tunnels, the 6 km Albula Tunnel, and 12 new environments (new weather and water, incompatible with Sky! Conductor). The 20-odd activities require a separate set of rolling stock, available in file RhBpack.zip. Uses default MSTS tracks. Includes several maps. MSTS Utility - Object Rotator 2

File Description:
This tool for advanced route builders allows you to accurately orient and position objects in the Route Editor of MSTS. It is typically used to modify an object's QDirection and/or Position in world tile files (*.w). Object Rotator requires Microsoft Excel (it will not function with an Excel viewer). Version 2 adds several applications, which now include: precise alignment of bridges and platforms along tracks or roads; accurate orientation of objects; precise lining up of rows of objects, along a straight or curved line; accurate aiming of tracks or roads between distant points; shaping S-curves; making tracks deviate around a platform; joining tracks; shaping steep and smooth rollercoaster tracks. The enlarged documentation also explains the not very obvious way in which QDirection expresses heading, slope and bank angles for tracks, roads and other objects.

Ohio Rail 9.1 Maps

File Description:
Series of schematic layouts of the Ohio Rail route release 9.1. Shows the relative locations of spurs, yards, branches, industries, etc. for the OR&W and WV&O lines. Produced using the drawing tools from Microsoft Word. Requires Microsoft Word to use.

Ohio Rail Steam lighting update

File Description:
These files will give the Ohio Rail steam locos ai lighting, red marker lights to all the tenders and tender headlights to the 0-8-0 and 2-8-0.

Tile File Naming Convention

File Description:
This document describes how the MSTS Route Geometry Editor names the tile files. It is intended to help route developers understand how MSTS stores the tile information, so that the tile files can be manipulated to resolve problems during route development.
